I have supplemented my long career in IT, operating between business and IT, with 4 years of senior lecturer at Novi University of Applied Sciences for IT management. I set up the curriculum for cloud, service management, security management, vendor management, innovation, blockchain, infrastructure and 'finance for IT professionals' and taught the lessons for them. And guided many students with their graduation with a very diverse package of solutions that they have implemented for their company.

This gave my theoretical basis (which was already good as an MSc ICT management) a boost again. If you really want to understand it, you have to teach it.

So pragmatic, experienced and based on a solid theoretical basis.

I want to share and keep my knowledge up to date. That's why I have to stand with your feet in the clay every now and then. So I am available as a sparring partner for IT managers. As a sounding board or for interim improvement actions.

Management needs support in managing improvement processes OR as an IT management replacement in the event of illness or OR temporary capacity problems. The area is always a combination of business-IT-service-people in which structure must be introduced. Quickly familiarize, apply structure, motivate people, transfer.
